Always wear sunscreen

You may think that you should only wear sunscreen for protection when you are out in the sun, such as on the beach. However, most experts will tell you that you should be wearing sunscreen all the time, whether in the car or just out for the day. This is because any exposure to the sun’s UV rays can harm the skin and contribute to wrinkles and other signs of premature ageing. Therefore, it is best to choose a sunscreen with 30 SPF or more to ensure total skin protection. Also, make it a point to reapply again, especially when you are out in the sun for most parts of the day.

Your skin requires nurturing if you want to keep it looking fresh and healthy. It would help to watch your diet, consuming more vegetables and foods rich in vitamins and essential nutrients. A healthy lifestyle is vital for healthy skin. Get the right amount of sleep daily and always keep your skin clean. By developing these habits, you can ensure that you give your skin the care it needs to produce the healthy glow you dream of.
